Palermo, 15 April (LaPresse) – The Chief Public Prosecutor of Gela, Salvatore Vella, has placed thirteen people under investigation in connection with the landslide in Niscemi, in the province of Caltanissetta, which occurred on 25 January. All are charged, in various capacities, with the offence of culpable disaster and damage caused by a landslide. Among those under investigation are the last four presidents of the Sicilian Region: Raffaele Lombardo, Rosario Crocetta, Nello Musumeci and Renato Schifani.
