Milan, Apr 28 (LaPresse) – “Hate is so widespread that this avalanche drags people along. I am almost 96 years old, I am close to death, and yet there are people who write to me: ‘Why don’t you die’. Now, of course, it will happen, maybe not in the coming days.” said lifetime senator Liliana Segre at the conference titled “The Victims of Hate”, organised by the Observatory for Security Against Discriminatory Acts (Oscad) of the Central Directorate of the Criminal Police. “What do you think,” she asked Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi, “should this person be treated, or am I the one who needs treatment?”
