Turin, 29 April (LaPresse) – Flavio Cobolli reaches the quarter-finals of the Madrid Masters 1000. The Roman, ranked 13th in the ATP rankings and the tenth seed, defeated Russia’s Daniil Medvedev, the seventh seed and world number 10, with a score of 6-3, 5-7, 6-4 in 2 hours and 21 minutes of play. Cobolli will face Germany’s Alexander Zverev.
