Rome, 19 May (LaPresse) – It’s all over for Carlos Alcaraz, who, having already withdrawn from Roland Garros, has today announced that he will also be sitting out the grass-court season, including the prestigious Wimbledon tournament: “My recovery is going well and I feel much better, but unfortunately I’m not yet ready to compete, which is why I have to pull out of the grass-court season at Queen’s and Wimbledon. These are two very special tournaments for me and I’ll miss them a lot. We’ll keep working to get back as soon as possible,” explains the Spaniard on social media, as he grapples with a troublesome recovery from his right wrist injury.
