Turin, 30 May (LaPresse) – Following in the footsteps of Flavio Cobolli and Matteo Berrettini, Matteo Arnaldi has also secured his place in the last 16 at Roland Garros, the second Grand Slam of the current season on the clay courts of Paris. The Italian tennis player defeated Belgium’s Raphael Collignon 6-4, 6-7(5), 5-7, 6-4, 7-6(4) at the end of a five-hour match, in which the Italian managed to come back from a set down before prevailing in the fifth-set super tie-break.
