Rome, 17 Apr. (LaPresse) – The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz ‘is a global necessity and responsibility’. This was stated by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer speaking at the Élysée Palace during joint press statements following the Conference on Maritime Navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. ‘We must act to ensure that global energy and trade resume flowing freely and to bring down prices for workers,’ he added. ‘Our citizens need to see a return to peace and stability, and we will play our part.’
