Kiev (Ukraine), 28 May (LaPresse/AP) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is in Sweden today for talks with Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson on bilateral defence cooperation. The two countries are preparing “a major defence package” and working on an agreement to supply Ukraine with Gripen fighter jets, Zelensky said in a social media post. The Ukrainian leader has sought to deepen defence cooperation with other countries by offering the expertise in drones that his country has accumulated over more than four years of fighting against the Russian invasion.
