Milan, 15 April (LaPresse) – ‘We can work together on the production of air defence systems, and we must absolutely avoid normalising Russia’s actions.’ This was stated by the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking during a joint press conference with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, following their meeting at Palazzo Chigi. ‘Russia continued its attacks on the front line even over Easter, and Russian attacks are continuing with hundreds of Shahed drones every day. Even now, there are Shaheds in the skies over Ukraine once again, carrying out massive attacks, and we absolutely need additional air defence systems; they are vital for us,’ Zelensky added.
