Milan, 9 May (LaPresse) – ‘It is clear that the American side is in a hurry, but the issue of a solution in Ukraine is far too complex. And reaching an agreement – a peace agreement – is a very long process fraught with complex details.’ This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov in response to a statement by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, according to which the United States would be willing to mediate in Russian-Ukrainian negotiations only if progress were made.
